  1. Place the oats in a food processor. Mix until fine and place in mixing bowl.
  2. Place the mixed nuts in the food processor and mix into small pieces, it should have some texture. Mix with fine oats.
  3. Place the dates in the food processer and mix until a paste forms. If you are using dried dates, first soak them in boiling water until soft.
  4. Mix the oat & nut mixture with the date paste, add vanilla essence and mix until a firm mixture forms.
  5. Roll into small balls and keep in airtight container
